Our return and refund policy is only available within 30 days according to the date that stated on the receipt with original packaging. If the customer found any rotten meat or expired product that they had bought form us, please kindly contact our customer service as soon as possible to make sure they can return their product and let us deliver a brand-new product to them.

For customer who purchased RM 20 and above on a single receipt, the shipping fees will be free all over malaysia. The delivering fees for purchases under RM 20 will be RM 3 for east malaysia and RM 5 for west malaysia.
